At SSA Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staffing team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, providing information and services to employees, and advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
* Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling
* Prepare and post notices and advertisements
* Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
* Review candidate inventories
* Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
* Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
* Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
* Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
* Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures

Requirements:

* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
* Strong knowledge of LinkedIn
* Ability to work in English or French
* Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
