Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at SSA Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, providing information and services to employees, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and provide recommendations to management.
  • Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counselling.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms, including language of work and working hours.
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English or French.
