Job Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal team. This role will play a crucial part in attracting top talent for our internal corporate roles, primarily recruitment consultants and sales directors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal roles, including strategic passive sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads across all divisions to understand their recruitment needs, cultural fit, and growth plans.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and talent acquisition strategies to ensure we attract top talent.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and handling miscellaneous internal employee matters.
  • Work three days a week from our Montreal office, with the flexibility to work remotely for two days.
Requirements
  • Must be based in Montreal, with the ability to work out of our corporate headquarters in Mont Royal, QC.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on internal roles; rec2rec of recruitment consultants and sales directors is a preferred asset.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with recruiters, sales directors, and other senior professionals.
  • Experience in onboarding, offboarding, and other internal employee relations matters is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
