Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to meet meal preparation needs.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and sales.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient food service operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Flexibility and ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a noisy and hot environment.
