The Opportunity

As a Retail Merchandiser with MCA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including retailers and consumer packaged goods companies. You will be responsible for installing eye-catching signage, setting up attractive displays, and arranging products according to planograms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain visual merchandising displays and fixtures in retail stores.
  • Set up and maintain attractive product displays and arrangements according to planograms.
  • Collect and report data on retail sales and inventory levels using state-of-the-art image recognition apps and scanning technology.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform other merchandising services as required by clients, including product replenishment and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Previous merchandising experience in retail or grocery settings.
  • Strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps.
  • Punctuality, flexibility, and reliability.
  • A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
