Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Claims Agent to join our team in Ottawa. As a customer-facing representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their claims
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both official languages (English and French)
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
