Key Responsibilities:
- Formulates comprehensive IT work plans, timelines, project assessments, resource allocations, and progress reports.
- Engages with senior project personnel and client executive teams regarding project statuses.
- Suggests and supervises enhancements to processes.
- Holds substantial business influence through thorough evaluation of complex business operations, system processes, and industry benchmarks.
- Offers expertise in their field and possesses an advanced understanding of IT project leadership principles.
- Has a thorough comprehension of how their area and others (such as architecture or infrastructure) collectively contribute to achieving organizational goals.
- Directly influences the business by shaping strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel, or provided services.
- Serves as a mentor or coach to new or junior analysts; delegates tasks accordingly.
- Delivers in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to identify issues and devise innovative solutions.
- Persuades and influences others through effective communication and diplomatic skills.
- Appropriately evaluates risks when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the organization's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets, by ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal conduct and business practices, and transparently managing and reporting control issues.
- 6-10 years of experience in a related technology role with subject matter expertise in the overall field.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially a Master's degree.
