Job Title: Senior Technology Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Project Manager to join our team at EllisDon. As a Senior Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex technology projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring they are properly documented and mitigated.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met, and deliverables are aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior project managers and team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align project deliverables with business objectives.
  • PMP or CSM certification, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
