Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
    • Ensure that customers receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budgets and cost estimates, monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
    • Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
