Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient service
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our guests
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards to maintain a positive guest experience
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management decisions
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment
