We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Swift Accounting Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
    • Ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing payroll administration.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks.
  • Organizational and Time Management
    • Plan and organize daily operations, including prioritizing tasks, managing time, and meeting deadlines.
