At The Distillery Restaurants Corp., we're looking for individuals who embody the spirit of the holiday season to join our team as Santa's Elves. As a key member of our Winter Village, you'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Engage with guests, sharing the magic of the season and collecting Christmas wishes for Santa.
  • Collaborate with Santa and fellow Elves to deliver a seamless and enchanting experience.
  • Maintain the integrity of the Santa character, adhering to the Christmas spirit at all times.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances with ease.
Requirements:
  • Proven acting or improv skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional entertainment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • High energy levels, with the capacity to maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • A theatrical background or relevant experience, with a strong understanding of the Christmas spirit.
