Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Real Blinds. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, including supervising sales floor staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 30-40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
