Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the belairdirect brand vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams to set and execute the long-term strategy for brand growth and awareness.
  • Drive revenue marketing strategy in Canada, aligning all cross-functional activities to achieve revenue growth and brand expansion.
  • Provide oversight across all customer acquisition channels, working effectively with the extended marketing team and cross-functional partners to develop and execute revenue growth strategies.
  • Ensure a strong understanding of the Canadian marketing landscape, defining marketing strategy, and overseeing the execution of campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Create world-class marketing programs that scale lead generation and brand awareness, collaborating and influencing cross-functionally across the company.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles leading marketing & digital strategies, overseeing large teams.
  • Proven success in driving growth through marketing initiatives, with a focus on digital solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing data-driven approaches to develop strategy from the ground up for customer acquisition and engagement via partner channels.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Open-minded and positive leader, who takes responsibility for both successes and mistakes, and is energized by challenges and transformation.
  • Intrapreneurial spirit and solves problems using innovative ways to improve and take risks, and to challenge the status quo.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, recruit, engage, and develop a world-class marketing team.
  • Experience managing large budgets.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence & self-awareness – proven ability to lead through change, collaborating and building shared accountability and trust among large, diverse teams.
  • Bilingualism, French & English, is required, considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
