Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years in a similar role
Our establishment offers staff accommodation, ensuring a comfortable living situation for our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of doughs and batters
- Instruct and mentor staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety
- Decorate and frost cakes and other baked items to meet presentation standards
- Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely output
- Maintain product quality to meet established standards
- Operate baking machinery and equipment efficiently
Candidates should be prepared for:
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Repetitive tasks associated with the baking process
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
