We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 12466848 Canada INC.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Task Management: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain financial records.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
