About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at JM BUILT HOMES LTD. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including coordinating office services, managing supplies, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including preparing project plans, managing timelines, and tracking progress.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to support business decisions, including financial reports, operational reports, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability.
