Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire safety systems.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.
  • Conduct daily inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in maintenance or engineering, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; courses in engineering or maintenance preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights, as required.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
