Administrative Operations Supervisor

The Administrative Manager at S R Petroleum Inc. plays a crucial role in overseeing various administrative functions within the organization. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage resources and ensure compliance with corporate governance.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities- Lead and guide staff involved in records management, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and regulatory compliance standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance team performance.
- Oversee budget planning and management for various projects and contracts.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management committees to assess administrative services.
Manage a team of more than 20 individuals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Technical SkillsProficiency in MS Office and MS Word is essential for this role.
