Hotel Administration Supervisor

The role of the Hotel Administration Supervisor involves overseeing daily operations within the hospitality sector, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that staff are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities- Client Assistance: Provide support to clients and guests with specific requirements, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
- Work Coordination: Organize, delegate, and assess tasks among team members to optimize workflow.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor employees on their responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Operational Maintenance: Oversee the functionality of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary to maintain seamless operations and high-quality customer service.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage supplies and materials essential for daily operations.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is necessary.
- Work Hours: The position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week.
