**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn Leamington. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist guests with special needs and provide a high level of customer service
* Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operations
* Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
* Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed
* Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity
**Requirements**
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
