Job Title: Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team at MAJHA TRUCKING LTD.

Job Summary:

The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials from one location to another, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery status
  • Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Develop and implement efficient dispatching procedures to minimize delays and maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry developments
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dispatching or logistics role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in dispatching software and technology
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards
