Job Title: Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team at MAJHA TRUCKING LTD.

Job Summary:

The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials from one location to another, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery status.
  • Coordinate with drivers and transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and transportation providers to ensure high-quality service.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies related to transportation and logistics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a related field, such as logistics or transportation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with dispatching software and systems.
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
