We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team at MAJHA TRUCKING LTD.

Job Summary:

The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials from one location to another. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations to ensure efficient dispatching
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and customer service
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Provide customer service and respond to urgent calls
  • Process and transmit information to coordinate activities of vehicle operators and crews
  • Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
