Job Title: Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at GB Emmet Holdings Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor revenues and labour costs to determine optimal staffing levels
  • Supervise staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and service
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer demand
  • Recruit and train staff to meet business needs
  • Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Cost products and services to ensure profitability
  • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
