Job Title: Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at GB Emmet Holdings Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Service Operations: Oversee the preparation, presentation, and service of food to ensure that it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of food service staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced food service environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
