As an IT Support Specialist at Deserving Health International Corp, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks. Your expertise will help us maintain a high level of service for our users.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college diploma or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate access to computer networks for users.
  • Provide assistance to users encountering technical issues.
  • Investigate and implement solutions utilizing user manuals and technical documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions for future reference.
  • Support users with business systems, network, and Internet-related inquiries.
  • Install and configure equipment to ensure optimal setup for staff.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all users.
Supervisory Role

This position does not include direct supervisory responsibilities.

Technical Proficiency
  • Strong knowledge of Internet and desktop applications.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols.
Tools and Equipment
  • Access to the Internet and a mobile phone is required.
