About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Network Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities and expand existing relationships with telecommunications service providers in Canada.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Network Division, focusing on OSS, 5G Core, Charging, Policy Network Services, and other related areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key purchasing decision-makers, executive sponsors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business growth plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience in Network solutions to CSPs (Network Software - PCRF, DPI, OSS, Service Assurance, Orchestration, Inventory, 5G slicing, etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Telecommunications, networking industry (BSS, OSS, 4G/5G, Virtualisation/Cloud Services, and Evolution)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration, and team building skills
  • Fluent English (verbal and written); proficiency in languages relevant to the accounts/region is a plus
  • Executive-level communication and presenting skills
