- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Make informed decisions regarding the return of merchandise, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained while minimizing losses.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, meet business needs, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service, promote products, and meet sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational challenges.
