Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Red Autumn Brewing Company Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote Sales: Identify and solicit potential clients, assess their needs, and recommend the appropriate goods or services.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, and direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Operations Budget: Plan and manage the facility's operations budget, and plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
- Team Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people, and train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot problems related to equipment, resolve product and service-related problems, and develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in accounting software, database management, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, electronic mail, inventory control software, and spreadsheet.
- Equipment and Machinery Experience: Forklift experience.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license, willing to travel, and drive manual transmission vehicle.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, large workload, overtime required, repetitive tasks, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
