Senior Manager Business Analysis

Are you a seasoned business analysis professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a Senior Manager Business Analysis to join our team at Tangerine.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of business analysts, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Develop and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, and develops top talent, fostering a high-performance environment and promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
- Drive the continuous improvement and strategy of Tangerine's business analysis chapter, spanning people, processes, methods, tools, and technologies.
- Champion a client-focused culture, deepening client relationships and leveraging broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Tangerine's systems, external vendor processes, and tools, as well as current processes and procedures.
- 5-10 years of business or operational analysis experience, with at least 5 years in a management-level position.
- Completion of a post-secondary business/technology/systems or related area degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience operating in an Agile environment and possessing an Agile mindset.
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, with experience in a Digital organization being an asset.
- Active participation and in-depth knowledge of the International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA) BABOK (BA Body of Knowledge) is considered an asset.
- Direct project management experience and/or education is considered an asset.
- Technical background is considered an asset.
