Digital Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts in Mississauga, ON. This role reports to the VP, Marketing, Strategy, Integrated Planning & Corporate Affairs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and new household conversion.
- Lead a team of direct reports, including brand managers, social, and graphic designers, to achieve marketing goals.
- Partner with Digital, Sales, and GTM Strategy teams to drive shared business results.
- Collaborate with agencies to advance our brand platforms and consumer data & research initiatives.
- Manage marketing budget to drive brand awareness and new household conversion, analyzing marketing programs and adapting to business trends.
- Champion the annual brand planning process and innovation pipelines to evolve and challenge the pet category.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA an asset.
- Excellent communication & brand storytelling skills.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe suite an asset.
- Progressive brand marketing experience; social, digital marketing, PR, experiential an asset.
