We are currently looking for two part-time Community Recreation Clerks to support our Community Services Department. If you have a passion for encouraging healthy living and delivering outstanding customer service, we invite you to consider this opportunity.
- Engage with patrons through face-to-face interactions, email correspondence, and phone inquiries.
- Utilize the ActiveNet system for participant registrations.
- Oversee facility bookings and manage cash handling processes.
- Conduct point-of-sale transactions, prepare statistical reports, and perform data entry tasks.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to enhance recreational offerings for the community.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, familiarity with ActiveNet, experience in cash management, and exceptional communication abilities. Availability for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts is essential. A valid CPR certification is a prerequisite for this role.
Position Details:
- Permanent Part-Time (0.6)
- 21 hours per week with flexible scheduling options
- Starting hourly wage of $25.84
- Potential for annual salary increments
