Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are meeting expectations.

Estimate and Manage Inventory

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Lead by Example

Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service, quality, and safety, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Manage Schedules and Budgets

Establish work schedules, manage budgets, and prepare cost estimates to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.

Address Customer Concerns

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and quality.

Physical Demands

Standing for extended periods, walking, and attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Client focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, and initiative.
