Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BarBurrito. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, as well as budget and cost estimates.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and sales.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
Work Environment:
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and organizational skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work under pressure to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
