About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mobil Gasbar 3833. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
    • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Store Operations
    • Prepare and manage sales reports, inventory, and other store-related data.
    • Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and the community.
  • Inventory and Merchandising
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
    • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure the security and safety of customers, staff, and store assets.
    • Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
    • Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience
    • Experience in retail management or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, work in a variety of weather conditions, and lift up to 25 pounds.
