Job Description: As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will assist the Director of Construction in managing high-rise and hospitality projects primarily in the Niagara region. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is capable of handling multiple tasks and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the coordination and management of high-rise and hospitality projects.
* Support the Director of Construction with project planning, scheduling, and execution.
* Liaise with various stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Maintain project documentation and track progress.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
* Facilitate communication and ensure all parties are informed of project status.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
* A proactive and go-getter attitude.
Compensation: $75K-$95K plus package
