Job Title: Truck Driver

Join Splendour Trucking Ltd. as a skilled Truck Driver and contribute to the success of our transportation team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle to transport goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and Maintain Vehicles: Ensure the proper functioning of your assigned vehicle, including regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Transport Goods and Materials: Safely transport goods and materials from one location to another, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate with Dispatch and Other Teams: Effectively communicate with dispatch and other teams to ensure smooth operations, including receiving and relaying information, and reporting any issues or concerns.
  • Manage Time and Schedules: Plan and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines and schedules, while also ensuring compliance with hours of service regulations.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate records of your activities, including cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with repetitive tasks and attention to detail required.
Work Environment:

As a Truck Driver with Splendour Trucking Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with regular communication with dispatch and other teams.
