About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dry Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Easycare Cleaners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our laundry facilities and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of our laundry facilities, including maintenance and repair work, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all cleaning and laundry services meet our quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on facility operations, staff performance, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a cleaning or laundry facility
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking in a fast-paced environment
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
