Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Time Receiver to join our team at Fortinos. As a key member of our receiving team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient receipt of goods, maintaining a high level of customer service, and upholding the company's standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Process and store merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized receiving area, including the storage and handling of merchandise
  • Assist in the training and supervision of part-time staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the retail food industry, specifically grocery
  • Excellent product knowledge and familiarity with the store layout
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware and software applications
  • Strong knowledge of correct receiving procedures
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
