Concierge II

Membership Concierge role at Life Time Athletic Resorts involves providing exceptional service to members and guests, promoting a healthy lifestyle community, and fostering relationships through personalized experiences.

As a Membership Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for:

• Operating as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort
• Building relationships with members and guests through a hospitality mindset
• Receiving and facilitating incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Maintaining updated knowledge to educate members and guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Assisting members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes, and transactions
• Serving as a point of contact for new member acquisition and member retention interactions
• Engaging in problem-solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns

Requirements for this role include:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Passion to serve others
• Effective communication skills

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality.
