TRAINING:

If you hold a Bachelor's degree and are eager to engage in a professional and accredited training program, consider applying to Ipac Bachelor Factory Laval. You will embark on a 12-month apprenticeship in BANK INSURANCE (Certified level 6 title - Bac - recognized by the State and validating ECTS credits).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will:

  • Enhance your customer service abilities by assisting and guiding clients.
  • Organize and conduct client meetings alongside agency advisors.
  • Support the agency's commercial growth through outreach and appointment setting.
  • Provide clients with tailored banking and financial advice.
  • Manage administrative duties, update records, and assist in risk management and compliance.
  • Engage in commercial initiatives and contribute to the overall functioning of the agency.

SALARY:

Compensation ranges from 43% to a percentage of the SMIC, based on the apprenticeship contract salary scale.
