About the Role
iA Financial Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Real Estate Investments and Asset Management team. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and optimizing the value of our real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement investment strategies to enhance the value of our real estate portfolio
- Lead financial analyses and negotiations for real estate transactions, ensuring alignment with our business plan
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect information and coordinate due diligence processes
- Supervise personnel and provide leadership in partner relations to uphold the group's interests
- Contribute to the development of an investment strategy for the entire real estate portfolio
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of seven years of experience in asset transactions and management
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of Office Suite and Argus software
- Designated Certified Appraiser (an asset)
