First General Canada is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Regional Director for the Greater Toronto Area.

As Regional Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving service excellence across our offices within the GTA. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional performance metrics in this key region.

You will act as a brand ambassador, upholding First General's reputation and integrity by conducting regular on-site visits with our offices. This involves fostering strong relationships with teams, providing guidance, and addressing any operational challenges.

The Regional Director will be responsible for effectively communicating and implementing corporate initiatives within the GTA. You will also serve as a point of contact for resolving escalated service issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions are delivered.

To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Xactimate, and Xactanalysis is essential. A highly organized individual with a professional demeanor and a positive attitude will thrive in this dynamic environment.
