The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee and coach our growing Veterinarians and clinical staff. This role is critical to enable the performance of our team and drive business growth in the GTA Region.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and improve performance.
- Lead change initiatives and develop clinic performance improvement plans.
- Manage deployment of people and resources, including budgets, facilities, and inventory.
- Lead training and professional development for veterinary teams and staff.
- Develop and maintain adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
- Track and evaluate key hospital performance metrics.
- Manage scheduling of doctors and staff.
- Manage inventory to ensure appropriate stocking and pricing.

You are a seasoned leader with a passion for driving business growth and improving performance. You have a reputation for getting things done and taking initiative. You are an advocate for the patient, employee, and customer experience every day.
- You will lead with empathy and true heart leadership.
- University degree in a relevant field (management, medicine, science, etc.).
- Previous experience in a managerial role with a team of at least 10 to 20 people.
- Previous experience in veterinary medicine or a healthcare field is an asset.
- Previous experience managing multiple locations within the service industry.
- Willingness to regularly commute to different locations.
- Veterinarians seeking to transition from medicine to management are strongly encouraged to apply.
