Job Overview
This role requires a dynamic individual to provide support for our client's Global Payroll Product, mainly US/Canadian. Key responsibilities will include:
- Researching and resolving payroll issues
- Managing and reviewing clients' payroll data
- Creating functional requirements
- Providing phone support to clients
- Collaborating with technical personnel to turn functional specifications into business applications
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining ongoing support for inbound and outbound client requests
- Gathering requirements and analysis for various projects
- Participating in new client implementations, including analysis and payroll setup of payroll products
- Working closely with the development team to ensure defects are correctly identified, fixed, and incorporated into solutions
- Being the primary point-of-contact for customers
- Triage product queues daily
- Reviewing customer questions and reported problems
- Investigating and resolving customer issues
- Conducting web meetings with customers to gather information for investigative purposes and for further assistance
- Meeting with Product Team members to discuss customer inquiries
- Testing system scenarios and duplicating issues to resolve customer inquiries
- Addressing issues timely and in accordance with customer expectations
- Participating in project and team meetings; interacting and collaborating with team members as required
- Accurately interpreting and effectively complying with company standards, procedures, and policies
