Key Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly tasks for agricultural and material handling equipment, trailers, and attachments.
- Handle, bundle, and stack finished products.
- Apply stencils, decals, and additional materials to completed items.
- Load and unload materials as needed.
- Accurately count and document materials as required.
- Move and stage materials using forklifts in designated areas.
- Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to guide work processes.
- Operate hoisting and lifting equipment to position machinery and components during installation, setup, and maintenance.
- Engage actively in our lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Utilize power tools as necessary.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Essential Skills
- Mechanical aptitude with relevant experience in working with equipment, trailers, or attachments.
- Dependable and capable of working with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Experience
- Mechanical inclination with applicable experience in equipment, trailers, or attachments.
- Reliability and ability to work independently.
