Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mucho Burrito. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation and service staff.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Mucho Burrito, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and quality food.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail.
