About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team at Ample Effect Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formwork and Material Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Concrete Placement and Compaction: Direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to precise specifications, and operate power vibrators to compact the concrete.
  • Surface Finishing: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, and level the top surface concrete to exact specifications.
  • Height Safety and Access: Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, while maintaining strict safety protocols.
  • Surface Treatment and Repair: Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
