We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to guide our Philanthropy and Alumni Relations team in North Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Philanthropy and Alumni Relations department in setting fundraising objectives, strategies, performance indicators, and timelines; manage all alumni and fundraising initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective engagement strategies in collaboration with university leadership, the philanthropy team, the foundation board, and members of the CapU Alumni Association.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospective donors, alumni, and community stakeholders, including securing commitments for donations and participation in events.
  • Work closely with the leadership of the Capilano University Alumni Association to fulfill alumni engagement goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal legislation regarding alumni information and data management.
